Improved Filtering for Card and Order Status

Filtering for cards and submissions has been improved so that you can now include statuses.

The new status filtering can be applied to cards and search functionality making it much easier to find the cards you are looking for.

It can also be applied to the submissions page, letting you get a more complete picture of how your submissions are performing. For example, you can filter by all Graded and Complete orders to see your overall ROI on orders that have made it through the grading phase.
