Pending purchases not updating

The pending purchases does not seem to be updating correctly. Every morning that I go into whuppit it says I'm connected to my ebay account but there are no pending purchases showing.
Then if I reconnect my account it is showing many items as still not shipped when I can see on eBay that they have and there is a tracking number available. The attachments are one example. Please advise.

Got it figured out! Long story short, there was a bug where it was possible for the account to get disconnected in the background for a bit before getting reconnected (again, in the background). If notifications arrived during that time period, they didn't get applied so statuses wouldn't change and new purchases made during that time wouldn't show up.
That issue should be fixed going forward, and I've added some alerting for me to keep tabs on it just in case. So going forward, it should be much more reliable for you.
