Reporting issues

Custom reporting seems to be calculating information incorrectly. If I create a custom report just for cards that have sold, it shows a grading cost number that is several thousand dollars more than what is shown under the submissions tab. The custom sold report is showing I have a -1.1% ROI on cards sold while the Overview tab shows +15.1% ROI. something is not adding up here.

deeps147 Hmm...I'm having a hard time reproducing this one. Can you send me an email with a bit more information so I can dig in?

Tim I have only input one submission at this point. Under the submissions tab all of the information is correct. However, if I go to the monthly cohort profitability, it is showing that I have $15,488.55 in grading fees from this one submission. I would very much like to use your platform for reporting and tracking but have concerns that the data is not connecting properly.

Tim It looks like for some reason if you create a submission with the grading costs and info and then add cards to it, it applies the total grading cost to each card. If you create the submission add the cards and then input the grading fee to the submission after the cards have been added, then it allocates the fee across all of the cards. Weird

deeps147: Ok. That helped. I _think_ I have it? I was able to produce a test case that triggered it at least. I've applied what I hope is going to be the fix for this. It should self-correct, after you visit the page for that submission (you'll need to hit refresh) and then the issue should not happen again.
IF you're still seeing it, drop me an email so I can dig in a bit more and get it solved for good.
Let me know if it looks taken care of though and I'll close this one out. Appreciate your patience!
