Criteria:

Add a new card (app/cards/new)

If you leave the Card Type as "Raw", Set the Sport, Set the Status

Go back to the Card Type and make it "Graded"

The Grading Details panel never shows up. You have to save and re-open the card to see the Grading Details panel and add the info.
